What We Collect

When you submit a form on apexdigi.org, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and business details. We also collect standard usage data (page views, traffic sources) via Google Analytics.

How We Use It

• To respond to your inquiry and scope a potential project
• To follow up on submitted leads within 24 hours
• To send you products or resources you requested
• To notify our team of new submissions via email

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Retention

Form submissions are stored securely in our system (Upstash Redis) for up to two years. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers or payment credentials. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

• Resend — transactional email notifications
• Upstash Redis — lead and review storage
• Bland.ai — AI voice agent infrastructure (for clients who request voice services)

AI Voice Services

If you engage with an Apex Voice agent (either as a demo or as part of a client deployment), calls may be processed and logged by Bland.ai for the purpose of lead capture and call summarization. Call recordings and transcripts are stored for the duration of your service agreement. Human escalation is available when a caller's request is outside the agent's configured scope.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To make a request, email us directly.
