Acceptance

By using apexdigi.org or engaging Apex Digital Systems for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

Digital Products

• PDF guides and digital downloads are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed
• Licenses are for personal use only — resale or redistribution is not permitted
• Free resources may be shared with attribution to Apex Digital Systems

Custom Services

All custom builds — including AI voice agents, websites, automation systems, and CRM builds — are governed by a written scope of work agreed upon before work begins. Key terms:

• Work product belongs to the client upon receipt of full payment
• Apex Digital Systems reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing
• Retainer agreements are month-to-month unless otherwise specified in writing
• Project timelines are estimates — delays caused by missing client materials or approvals are not the responsibility of Apex Digital Systems

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Service invoices are due per the schedule specified in your project agreement. Late payments may result in paused or suspended services.

AI Systems & Results

We build and deploy AI systems in good faith using current technology and best practices. Results — including call volume captured, leads generated, or revenue attributed — vary based on your business, industry, call volume, and use case. We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead count, or performance outcomes. All statistics shown on this site reflect real deployments but should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Digital Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or systems. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant service.

Intellectual Property

All content on apexdigi.org — including copy, design, and code — is the property of Apex Digital Systems unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
